Learn how to increase Aboriginal participation and employment in your workplace and engage with your local Aboriginal community.
Take part in employer panel discussions about:
- Employing Aboriginal people – what employers want and expectations
- Finding the right candidates – community engagement, support and the importance of Aboriginal Employment Officers
- Sharing success stories - Indigenous recruitment and retention strategies
