The Local Government Act requires each Council to make a number of documents available for inspection at the Council office upon request.
Documents available for public inspection include Local Laws, Council Budget, Council Plan, Councillor Code of Conduct and agendas and minutes of Council and Committee meetings.
The prescribed documents are available from Council staff at Darebin Civic Centre 274 Gower Street Preston. It is usually best to make an appointment to inspect a document.
