Darebin Customer Service officers can provide residents with information on a variety of Council services from garbage collection through to recreation information for families, children and youth. Our staff have a general knowledge of all Council Services.

Multilingual Support

Language Aides are available to assist non-English speaking residents on the phone, or face to face at all Customer Service Centres. Residents can call the Multilingual Telephone Line and mention their preferred language and be connected to a Language Aide or an Interpreter.
