The INSCRIBE newspaper is a community journal of writing by writers who live, work or study in the City of Darebin. Editorial team members are volunteers from Darebin’s writing community.
Copies of the newspaper are published and distributed around Darebin in cafes, libraries and other community hubs.

| Call For Submissions | | INSCRIBE is calling for submissions for the second issue.
Submissions close Monday 1 March 2010.
Before submitting your manuscript, you must read and accept the Manuscript Submission Guidelines Terms and Conditions.
Before submitting your image, you must read and accept the Image Submission Guidelines Terms and Conditions.
Submitting Expressions of Interest
If you are interested in submitting any of the following
Longer pieces (up to 3000 words) Novel extracts Illustrations or photos to accompany articles Cover Image Feature articles and essays Book reviews (titles will be available in 2010)
To submit your expression of interest, email writingprojects@darebin.vic.gov.au.
You will be required to agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Inscribe project.
Books For Review If you live, work or study in the City of Darebin and have a book that you would like us to consider reviewing, please send your book to:
