Asian Style Food Preserving Workshop with Charlie Si - Darebin Homemade Food & Wine Festival 2012

In this intimate workshop, Charlie Si will demonstrate tips and techniques for Asian style food preserving using produce from Angelo Eliades’s well-known and abundant permaculture garden.
