Darebin Intercultural Centre is offering a 10 week beginners meditation class hosted by qualified yoga instructor Nora Henderson.
Meditation has the ability to improve the quality of your sleep and leave you with a profound sense of joy and wellbeing. This simple guided meditation practice is also a proven antidote for anxiety and stress.
Please bring own pillow and blanket for warmth and a yoga mat ( if you have one).
