| Counselling | | Feeling down or depressed? Tired or just dont feel like doing anything anymore? A worker from a support service can help you. Sometimes its just about having someone to talk to.
All conversations are confidential - just between you and the worker.

| Young Mother's Group | | The Young Mother's Group is a supportive group of young mothers up to 25 years of age.
The group meets fortnightly to chat, go on regular outings, play with other children and discuss everything about being a mum.
Sessions are held all year round (except January) at PRACE in Reservoir.

| African Young Mothers Group | | Similar to the Young Mothers Group above, this group offers a supportive environment for young african mothers to discuss parenting.
Childcare and a bi-lingual support officer (Arabic and Swahili) are available for your use.
The group meets fortnightly at Prace Merrilands Community Centre.

| Northland Youth Centre | | Youth Workers at our Drop In Centre at Northland Shopping Centre can give you information on employment, education, counselling and recreation.
All you need to do is drop in.
NYC Opening Hours:

Fridays 3.00 to 7.00pm
