Young Citizen Jury
Darebin's Young Citizen Jury gives young people a chance to speak about issues and contribute to how we make decisions.
Our Young Citizen Jury is your chance to speak about issues and contribute to how we make decisions. You can also receive training in leadership and advocacy skills.
The jury is made up of up to 20 young people aged 15 to 24, who are passionate about making change in the community. They meet every month to discuss and debate issues that are important to young people in Darebin. They also meet once a month to work on projects to address these issues.
Meetings are held on Thursdays 4:30—6pm in Preston and Reservoir.
Jury members are paid for their time and contributions.
