Older adults

Home support services for older residents

We offer services and support to help older people be active, stay independent and be connected with the Darebin community.

Our home support services are funded by the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP).

The CHSP is for people over the age of 65 who need extra help at home or in the community (or over 50 years for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people).

This might include support with personal care, cleaning, meals, transport and more. It is the first level of support in the aged care system.

For more information about the Commonwealth Home Support Programme please download the brochure in your language or view the website in your language.
