For immediate threats to your safety or the safety of others please call 000.

If the situation poses immediate danger, such as fallen trees and branches please contact the SES.

Report a lost or stolen bin

We can replace lost or stolen bins, and you can request a replacement bin.

If your rubbish, recycling or green waste bin collection was missed we can arrange another collection.

Report a damaged, cracked or raised road or footpath.

Report an illegally parked or abandoned vehicle and we'll investigate.

Report a fallen or unsafe tree or a tree in need of pruning.

Report litter and dumped rubbish that is not booked for hard waste collection.

We can remove graffiti from council-owned properties and assets.

Apply for a review for a parking, local laws, health, planning or animal fine.
