Food and green waste bins Your food and green waste bin is for food scraps and also for garden waste, such as grass clippings, small sticks, weeds, leaves and flowers.
When is my bin collection day? Waste is collected every week. Recycling bins and the food and green waste bins are collected on alternate weeks.
Lost or damaged bins Has your bin been lost, stolen or damaged? Perhaps you've moved into a property that doesn't have a bin. We can help.
Report a missed bin collection If we missed your bin during a recent collection, please let us know within 48 hours so we can arrange another collection.
Ask for a new bin size The standard Darebin waste bin is 80 litres, but you can ask for a bigger bin if you think you need one.
Request help or report a bin problem Get help with missed collections, dumped rubbish, or missing or damaged bins.
