Request help or report a bin problem

Get help with missed collections, dumped rubbish, or missing or damaged bins. Request new bins if you never had a bin or ask for a different size bin.

Ask for a new bin size

The standard Darebin waste bin is 80 litres, but you can ask for a bigger bin if you think you need one.

Report a damaged bin

Has your bin seen better days? If there is damage to your bin, let us know so we can help.

Report a lost or stolen bin

Has your bin been misplaced or stolen? Get in touch, we can help.

Report a missed bin collection

If your rubbish, recycling or green waste bin collection was missed please let us know within 48 hours to arrange another collection.
