Spaces for hire

Party Barn

The Party Barn is a great space for your birthday party, anniversary or other private celebration or gathering of up to 80 people.

Capacity: Maximum 80 people
Session time:10am–3pm
Cost:$695 for barn hire. Farm entry for up to 60 people is included in the barn hire and party guests are welcome to explore the farm at their leisure.
Optional add-on: Wildlife Ride to visit our emus and kangaroos ($4.30/per person or $34.80/10 people). Tickets must be purchased from the farm reception desk when you arrive at the farm for your event.

Please note:

• Bundoora Park Farm is a plastic waste-free zone. All events must comply with Darebin Council’s Single Use Plastic Free Events Policy. If you must bring single use plastic products, you must take them home with you.
• BYO crockery, cutlery, cups etc. Party kits (reusable crockery, cutlery and decorations) can be hired free from the Party Kit Network.
• No alcohol is allowed.
• Balloons, party poppers, glitter and confetti are not allowed.
• A cancellation fee of $70 applies if bookings are cancelled less than 14 days before the date of the booking.

Ibis Room

The Ibis Room is a great space for your birthday party, celebration or private gathering of up to 30 people.
Capacity: maximum 30 people
Session time: 10am–3pm
Cost: $355 for Ibis Room hire. Farm entry for up to 30 people is included in the room hire and party guests are welcome to explore the farm at their leisure.

Chapel

The chapel is a lovely non-denominational space for small weddings and ceremonies.

Capacity: 30–50 people
Sessions: 2-hour sessions available any time between 10am and 4pm (last session at 2pm).
Cost: $350 for chapel hire. Farm entry for up to 50 people is included and guests are welcome to explore the farm at their leisure.
