Report a missed bin collection

It's quick and easy to report a missed collection online,

Missed bin collections must be reported between 12pm the same day collection was scheduled up until 12pm the next day.

For example, if your bin was missed on Monday, please report it by Tuesday before 12 pm.

How to report a missed bin collection

Please choose which type of bin has not been collected. You'll be asked to enter your address, then follow the prompts.

Leave your bin on the front nature strip – we cannot come into your property to get your bin.
Make sure there are no cars blocking access to your bin.
If we only half-emptied your bin, give it a shake to loosen any rubbish that may be stuck.
If your bin has a contamination sticker, you must remove the wrong materials so we can collect it.
