Waste collections are not impacted by Australian Services Union industrial action at this time, allowing Council services to return to normal. If customers have any missed collections, these should be reported to Customer Service (Phone: 03 8470 8888). Council will keep the community informed if this changes.
Due to an unprecedented increase in the volume of bin repair and replacement requests, bin repairs and/or swap overs may take up to 5 weeks to be completed.
We apologise for any convenience this may cause. Our Waste Management team is working as quickly as possible to respond to all requests and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this period.
If your Council bin is missing a wheel, a lid or is damaged, let us know.
