Pursuant to the Governance Rules 2020(PDF, 965KB), Council will publish an Agenda incorporating the business to be dealt for each Ordinary and Special meeting at least six (6) days prior to a scheduled meeting. If it is not possible to comply with this requirement any reason, the Chief Executive Officer must ensure delivery and publication of the Agenda as soon as reasonably possible.
As per the Governance Rules 2020 12.2 (5) A copy of the Minutes shall be sent electronically to every Councillor and placed on the Council website no later than seven (7) days after the Meeting to which they relate.
