It’s budget time again and we’re focused on delivering year two of our 4-Year Council Plan, building on the progress already underway.

Each year, we present our draft Annual Budget, Annual Action Plan and other key documents to the community and invite your feedback.

We’ve developed the budget to balance current community needs with future priorities, while maintaining long-term financial sustainability.

Council's budget continues to deliver important services for our community. At the same time, like many households, we are managing rising costs and tighter financial conditions, which are impacting what our budget can deliver.

We’ve prioritised maintaining essential services that many in our community rely on, and continuing to care for the assets and infrastructure that support daily life – from parks and trees to drains and buildings.

We’ve carefully considered what’s most important now, and will continue to review priorities for future years.

We are also exploring creative ways to support and fund community services and infrastructure into the future.
