Come along and practise your English conversation skills in a friendly supportive environment at one of Darebin’s free programs. With options to practise either in an informal group setting, or one-on-one, our English language programs are open to all – from students, to parents, to seniors. No need to book, just turn up on the day.

English Conversation Group

Practise your English in this free and friendly conversation group.

Keon Park Children’s Hub, 1-7 Dole Avenue, Reservoir
10–11am every Monday during the school term.

Conversation Cafe

An informal get-together where you can practice your English language skills in a friendly, supportive environment. A library staff member will guide each session.

Preston Library, 266 Gower Street, Preston
10–11am every Friday (except public holidays)

Conversation Cafe

English Pronunciation Tutorials

Practice your English language pronunciation in a free one-on-one, 30-minute session with an experienced tutor.

Darebin Intercultural Centre, 350 High Street, Preston 11am–12.30pm every Friday during the school term
