Sleep and settling support

We offer free sleep and settling support for parents and carers of newborn babies to toddlers (1–3 years old).

You'll learn about:

• how much sleep your baby needs at different ages
• what sleep does and why it is important to get the right amount
• understanding the signs of sleep
• helping you establish the right sleep patterns for your baby.
