Spaces for hire
Maximum capacity: 550 people without tables, 300 with tables and dance floor.
Minimum booking time is three hours. A security deposit between $300—$600 is required for hall bookings. Those eligible for community rate are: non for profit organisations, schools and those registered as community groups that can provide a Certificate of Incorporation.
Inspections can be arranged by appointment between 9am—4pm, Monday to Friday.
Hire fees
Rates are for the 2023/24 financial year
Monday to Friday, 7:30am-5pm
- Commercial rate (inc GST) - $69.30 per hour
- Community rate (inc GST) - $53.40 per hour
Monday to Friday, 5pm onwards
- Commercial rate (inc GST) - $140.80 per hour
- Community rate (inc GST) - $108.40 per hour
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays
- Commercial rate (inc GST) - $140.80 per hour
- Community rate (inc GST) - $108.40 per hour
