Spaces for hire

Maximum capacity: 200 without tables, 120 with tables and dance floor.

Minimum booking time is 3 hours. A security deposit between $300–$600 is required for hall bookings.

Not-for-profit organisations, schools and those registered as community groups that can provide a Certificate of Incorporation are eligible for a community rate.

Inspections can be arranged by appointment between 9am–4pm, Monday to Friday.

Hire fees

Rates are for the 2026–27 financial year.

Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm

  • Commercial rate (inc GST) – $93 per hour
  • Community rate (inc GST) – $62 per hour

Monday to Friday, 5pm onwards

  • Commercial rate (inc GST) – $185 per hour
  • Community rate (inc GST) – $123 per hour

Saturday, Sunday and public holidays

  • Commercial rate (inc GST) – $185 per hour
  • Community rate (inc GST) – $123 per hour
