Try tai chi – an ancient Chinese exercise that helps your body and mind.

In this class, learn how to breathe deeply and meditate with movements that help you stretch, improve your balance and coordination and move smoothly.

Suitable for people of all ages and all fitness levels. No registration is required.

Meet at the basketball court at AG Davis Park. 

Classes will be cancelled in the case of poor weather. We will try to contact participants ahead of time.
