Try tai chi – an ancient Chinese exercise combining movement, breathing and meditation.

Tai chi helps to improve your balance and coordination and move smoothly.

Suitable for all ages and all fitness levels. 

No registration is required.

Meet at the basketball court at TW Andrews Reserve.

Classes will be held at East Reservoir Senior Citizens Centre if raining.
