Our Women’s Only Swim Nights provide a private and culturally respectful aquatic space where women can participate in swimming and recreation with confidence.
These sessions provide a safe and supportive environment for women who prefer or require a women-only setting for cultural, religious or personal reasons. The aquatic area is supervised by staff who are women to ensure privacy and comfort for all participants.
Women can choose to swim laps, enjoy gentle exercise in the warm water pool, or relax in the spa and wellness areas.
Session time: 6.15pm to 8.45pm (Pools close at 8.30pm and change facilities close at 8.45pm)Warm Water Aerobics class at 6.30pm
Please note that this event is for women aged 12 years and over.
