When will my child say their first word? How many words should my child say at the age of 2 years? How do I respond towards tantrums? Why is it important to repeat words? What can I do to help encourage my child’s language and speech development?
Darebin Early Years Team and Your Community Health are hosting a Words Matter - Enhancing Your Child’s Language Development parenting session for Darebin families with children aged 12 months to 4 years. The session is interactive, and families will have the opportunity to ask questions. Families will be provided with information on topics relating to language development. Play spaces for children will be used as part of the program.
