RLC 6 Week Summer Challenge – Registrations now open!

We’re excited to launch the RLC 6-Week Challenge – a supportive, results-focused fitness challenge designed to help you build strength, improve conditioning, prioritise recovery, and track real progress. 

As part of the challenge crew, you will have access to a number of exclusive Challenge only privileges. These include:

Exclusive challenge classes

As part of the challenge, you’ll have access to exclusive challenge only sessions each week:

  • Tuesday 7:00pm – Outdoor Sweat Session
  • Wednesday 6:00am – Indoor Strength Session
  • Thursday 6:15pm – Special Stamina Session
  • Saturday 7:00am – Outdoor Conditioning Session

Bookings via the RLC Client Portal. Client profile will be created for all participating non-members.

Pre-challenge testing

To track your progress accurately, we will be running:

EVOLT body scans
Between Monday 9 to Friday 13 February (Book through reception or gym team.)

Fitness test
Thursday 12 February at 7:15pm or Saturday 14 February at 7:00am (Book through RLC Client Portal.)

Post-challenge testing

To see how far you’ve come:

Between Monday 30 March and Thursday 2 April 

Fitness test
Thursday 26 March at 7:15pm or Saturday 28 March at 7:00am

Recovery Room access

You’ll have access to use our Recovery room twice a week for the duration of the challenge. The recovery room includes a private infrared sauna, Normatec leg compression boots, massage chairs, Therabody massage gun and a stretching station. If you have never seen our room, please see Reception or Gym staff upon your next visit and we will happily give you a quick tour.

Challenge cost and payment

  • Members: $60
  • Non-members: $95

Upfront payment is required by Friday 13 February.
Once payment has been received, you’ll be able to book your EVOLT scan.

Register and pay at Reception or via the Client Portal.

Weekly support

You’ll receive a weekly challenge newsletter to keep you motivated and on track, including:

  • Weekly training focus
  • Mini challenges
  • Nutrition guidance
  • Helpful tips to support recovery and consistency.

This challenge is about showing up, supporting each other, and enjoying the process.
