Our Quarterly Performance Report for the fourth and final quarter of 2025–26 is now available.

The Report lets you know how we’re tracking against Our Darebin Action Plan Actions and the projects and programs we’ve been working on over a three-month period.

Highlights for Quarter Four 2025–26 include:

  • Delivering 22 free exercise sessions to almost 1500 participants through the Get Active in Darebin autumn program.
  • Installing safer speeds of 40km/h across Springthorpe and Thornbury alongside ongoing street lighting renewals and feasibility work for local shared user paths.
  • Completing year two delivery of the Climate Emergency Plan (2024–2030), with key successes including a heat health program supporting more than 500 residents at risk of extreme heat, the electrification of 10 Council sites and ongoing delivery of the Darebin Energy Upgrades Program.
  • Planting 1,310 park and street trees through the 2026 Tree Planting Program.
  • Adopting the Cultural Diversity and Inclusion Plan and the LGBTIQA+ Action Plan, as well as lodging our new four-year Gender Equality Action Plan (GEAP).
