Chair yoga is a low-impact exercise for older adults or anyone looking for an accessible way to practice yoga. Chair yoga can help to improve strength and balance, and is gentle on the knee and ankle joints, and a great option to begin or return to exercise.
This class is neurodiversity friendly and support workers are also welcome to join.
