Terms

These ratios apply to all children under 10, including during lessons. Parents are not permitted to be on their phone whilst the child is in lessons as they are still expected to be supervising them If staff members are concerned for the safety of an unsupervised child they have the authority to remove them from the water.

Centre expectations

We kindly ask parents and guardians to refrain from using mobile phones, reading books or newspapers on pool deck. These distractions decrease the safety of your child in and around water. We also ask that parental supervision is maintained in change rooms.
