You can request a range of property information to help with your building project.

Property enquiry – building works or conveyancing

You may request a Property Information Certificate by logging into eServices. Please note you must be a registered user.

Available certificates are:

  • Regulation 51 (1) – Property Information Conveyancing
  • Regulation 51 (2) – Property Information Building

Do you require a copy of building permit plans and documents instead?

You can request digital copies of plans and documentation for your property from the Get copies of building documents page.
