Council has many kinds of property information. It is useful if you are buying, renovating, or building in Darebin.

Property enquiry - building works or conveyancing

You may request a Property Information Certificate for the following, by logging into EServices.

Please note you must be a registered user.

Available certificates are:

  • Regulation 51 (1) - Property Information Conveyancing
  • Regulation 51 (2) - Property Information Building

Copy of building permit plans and documents
