How to obtain a Certificate of Compliance?
A certificate of pool and spa barrier compliance certifies that a pool or spa safety barrier complies with the applicable barrier standard. Once you receive your Certificate of Compliance you will need to upload the certificate within 30 days of receiving it from your building surveyor or inspector.

The due date for lodging your certificate of compliance depends on the age/construction date of your pool/spa safety barrier.
