Fairfield Community Room
The Fairfield Community Room is a light and open space available for hire in Fairfield. The room is ideal for yoga and other indoor health and well-being activities, meetings, focus groups and small dance groups. This venue is not available for any private functions such as birthday parties or weddings.
Kitchenette has a stove/oven combo for heating and serving purposes and a fridge, freezer, microwave and bench space.
Fairfield Community room is a self set-up venue with chairs and tables available for use.
Off street parking is available, wheelchair and accessible friendly.
Maximum capacity: 48 people

- Sunday to Thursday, 9am—10pm
- Friday and Saturday, 9am—11pm

Hire fees
Rates are for the 2023/24 financial year
Monday to Friday, 7:30am-5pm
- Commercial rate (inc GST) - $25 per hour
- Community rate (inc GST) - $12 per hour
Monday to Friday, 5pm onwards
- Commercial rate (inc GST) - $25 per hour
- Community rate (inc GST) - $12 per hour
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays
- Commercial rate (inc GST) - $25 per hour
- Community rate (inc GST) - $12 per hour
