Decibels Open Day

Give Decibels a go! Learn how to use our space and see what our programs are like. No music or arts experience necessary! For young people aged 12–25, presented by Darebin Youth Services.

• making music for the first time
• meeting other musicians or creatives
• learning how to record yourself/someone else
• seeing how our studio booking or gear loan system works (i.e. make beats from the bedroom!)
• sharing your music (or just music you like) with others
• making your own stickers.

What's happening on the day?

• Jam session in Studio A
• Share and listen to music in Studio B
• Record vocals for the first time in Studio C
• Sticker making and art in the gallery space

This is a drop-in open day with activities all day, however free lunch will be provided at 1:30PM!
