Qigong is a holistic practice that brings the body, mind and breath together.
Starting in China over 2,000 years ago, this gentle exercise allows you to move slowly, breathe deeply or just sit quietly, helping you feel calm, strong and healthy.
Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. No registration required.
Sessions will be held in the courtyard at the read of the building. Classes may be moved undercover in poor weather.
