Yes. Accessible parking spaces are located close to the main entrance.
Yes. There is step-free access throughout the facility.
We have change rooms on both the gym side and the aquatic side of the centre.
Our family change rooms and accessible change rooms (listed below) are all-gender friendly.
Single, lockable rooms for individuals or families of any gender. Each room includes a shower, basin and changing space.
We have four single, lockable all-gender accessible change rooms. Each room includes a toilet, shower and a basin, with the features listed below.

Electronic lockers are located in the open hallway. Please see reception to hire a locker.
Yes. There are five all-gender quick change cubicles on the pool deck. These are for changing only. Please be aware that at some times of the day, these change rooms unavailable and are allocated to specific user groups.
The hydro pool has ramp access and is wheelchair friendly.
We have two aquatic wheelchairs available for use. Each chair is rated to 200 kg.
The 25-metre pool has a pool hoist rated to 136 kg. There is no ramp access. Stairs are available.
Yes. We have two wheelchair-accessible arm ergometers, wide pathways and open training areas.
Yes. Our staff are available to provide support and guidance if you need it.
Yes. We recommend the Stay Active Strength class. It is suitable for adults of all ages and can be done seated, including from a wheelchair. The class mainly uses hand weights.
We don’t have sensory-friendly sessions running yet. Fewer people attend the gym in the early to mid-afternoon so you may like to visit then if you'd prefer to use the gym in a quieter environment,
No. Companion card holders are welcome, and one companion receives free entry.

Yes. Support workers can sign in as companions at reception and will not be charged. They must remain in a supporting role at all times.
Companions and support workers must stay in a supporting role. If they use equipment or facilities for their own exercise, they will need to pay the standard casual entry fee.
Yes, allied health professionals are welcome to attend with their client. They are required to pay the standard casual entry fee for the gym or pool.
