Council has continued to investigate and maintain the existing system while planning a permanent replacement. Council plumbers continue to inspect, test and make improvements where possible while a full replacement is progressed.
A full replacement is the only long-term solution. Council is replacing the ageing gas-fired hot water system with a new all-electric system to provide a reliable, modern and long-term solution for the centre.
