Planning Committee Meetings
The Planning Committee comprises all Councillors and makes decisions on planning applications for industry, business and residential property developments that are considered to be of significance to the community.
Planning Committee has the powers, duties and functions as set out in the Instrument of Delegation to the Planning Committee subject to the conditions and limitations specified in that Instrument.
Planning Committee Meetings are now open to the public and are conducted in accordance with the Council’s Governance Rules 2020.
Meetings are livestreamed and can be accessed from this page. Attendance at these meetings will be in line with the current COVID-19 health restrictions. Residents and ratepayers are welcome to attend City of Darebin Planning Committee Meetings at 6.30pm (unless otherwise advertised).
