Council's online services will be unavailable due to EOFY processing between 4pm Tuesday 30 June and 7am Wednesday 1 July. Services affected include payments, permits and online customer service requests.
We conduct a survey each year with a randomly selected sample of residents and ratepayers, to get an individual view on our service delivery.
In 2024, satisfaction with overall performance across our services in general increased and is now at the level of satisfaction categorised as ‘good’. This is a full recovery from the unusually low result recorded in 2023.
