Lowering of Flags for State Funeral for the Honourable Thomas William Roper

The Australian National Flag, the Australian Aboriginal Flag and the Torres Strait Islander Flag will be flown at half-mast all day at Darebin City Council venues on Wednesday 5 July 2023 as a mark of mourning and respect for the State Funeral Service of the Honourable Thomas (Tom) William Roper.
