Enjoy a morning of connection and relaxation with the 3-5 year olds in your life. Together you will:
- Learn simple yoga poses and partner poses
- Engage in gentle breathing exercises
- Experience imaginative yoga stories
- Play fun interactive games
- Explore creative movement and voice
- Practice mindfulness
- Relax with a guided meditation
No prior yoga experience is required, and all are welcome.
Please note there is another session later in the morning for 6 - 12 year olds.
This session is free but registration is essential.

What to bring/wear:
- Drink bottle of water and light snacks for after the session
- Wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in
- Warm clothes to put on for the relaxation (10 minutes) - Jumper/Hoodie and Socks
- Tie up long hair where possible
About Your Facilitator:
Family Yoga is led by Ting Cheng-Haines from Under the Sky Kids Yoga - a certified Kids Yoga Teacher and experienced playgroup facilitator. Ting is passionate about nurturing young bodies and minds, whilst supporting parents with strengthening family and community connections.
Safety
All Council staff and facilitators hold current Working With Children's Checks.
Children must be actively supervised by a parent or carer at all times.
