The Australian National Flag, the Australian Aboriginal Flag and the Torres Strait Islander Flag will be flown at half-mast all day at Darebin City Council venues on Wednesday 5 July 2023 as a mark of mourning and respect for the State Funeral Service of the Honourable Thomas (Tom) William Roper.
