In August this year, we worked with you to shape the development of our draft Domestic Animal Management Plan (DAMP) 2026–29. Thank you to everyone who shared their ideas and experiences.
We now have a draft Plan and we are committed to getting it right. Before we take the next step, we want to know: have we missed anything? Have your animal management needs and priorities you shared with us been included?
Your feedback is the final step in finalising the Plan to support and manage dogs and cats within our municipality over the next four years. The new DAMP will be implemented in partnership with Whittlesea and Merri-bek councils and a range of key partners in the community.
