Notice of Special Council Meeting 3.30pm Monday 12 May 2025

In accordance with the Local Government Act 2020 and Council’s Governance Rules 2020, I hereby give you written notice that I wish to call a special meeting for the purpose of consideration of the following business:

  • Declaration of a Special Charge: Solar Saver Round 4.2 (Batch 6)
  • 2023-24 Annual Outcomes Report – Leisure Contracts
  • Governance Report
  • Adoption Of Draft Budget 2025-26 (Incorporating The 4 Year Budget), 10 Year Financial Plan, Revenue & Rating Plan and Asset Plan
  • Adoption in principle of the Draft Our Darebin Plan 2025-29 and Annual Plan 2025-26 for public exhibition

If any commercial in confidence information is required to be discussed in relation to contractual matters, the meeting will move in camera pursuant to s 66 (2) of the Local Government Act 2020.

This Special Meeting is to be held on Monday 12 May 2025 at 3.30pm in the Council Chamber.
