The Australian National Flag, the Australian Aboriginal Flag and the Torres Strait Islander Flag will be flown at half-mast all day at Darebin City Council venues on Tuesday, 16 July 2024 for the State Funeral Service of The Honourable Barry Thomas Pullen.
