We encourage you to report any discrimination to the Victorian Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission.
If you or someone else you know have experienced discrimination, you can report it to the Victorian Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission. To report any discrimination use this Community Reporting Tool.
We are committed to combating discrimination in the community. This discrimination includes racism, sexism, transphobia and homophobia. Discrimination includes bigotry, prejudiced behaviour, hate speech and vilification.
We have partnered with the Victorian Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission to make it easier to report discrimination when it happens to you. The Commission is an independent agency. Part of its role is to receive and try to resolve complaints from the community.
The Community Reporting Tool asks you four questions. The Commission can contact you, if you prefer. Even, if you are not sure whether what has happened to you is discrimination, contacting the Commission can help.
