Reservoir Leisure Centre – Conditions of Entry

By entering Reservoir Leisure Centre, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions of entry below:

  1. All patrons must show proof of membership each visit or pay a casual entry fee to be granted access to the facility.
  2. Smoking is not permitted within the grounds of Reservoir Leisure Centre.
  3. Abusive language, aggressive behaviour, inappropriate or offensive acts towards staff, other patrons or the Centre will not be tolerated.
  4. The consumption of or being under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.
  5. You must take reasonable care of the health and safety of yourself, and for the health and safety of others. Activity that endngers or causes harm to other patrons and staff is strictly prohibited.
  6. You must not cause any damage to the premises, or any piece of property or equipment.
  7. Glass, weapons and other dangerous objects are not permitted in the centre at any time.
  8. Permission must be sought by a staff member for the use of film and photography.
  9. CCTV is in operation throughout the facility.
  10. You must follow staff instructions at all times.
  11. Mobile phones are not permitted in the change rooms at any time.
  12. The participation and use of the facilities and its activities is at your own risk.
  13. You must cooperate during all emergencies, including evacuations and/or drills.
  14. Management will not take responsibility for any personal items left unattended within the facility.
  15. Reservoir Leisure Centre is committed to the Safeguarding of Children and Young People. Any person who enters the facility agrees to adhere to child safety standards.
  16. Please observe and follow all signage within the facility.
  17. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or evict any person from the Centre for any breach of these conditions. 

Supervision of Children

  • Children under the age of 10 must be actively supervised by an adult over the age of 16 years.
  • Children under the age of 5 must be accompanied into the water by an adult over the age of 16 years and remain within arm's reach.
  • For children 10 years and over, parents/guardians must use their knowledge of their child's swimming ability to determine level of supervision required.
  • Lifeguards reserve the right to remove any child from the water if the child's swimming ability, or level of supervision, is not adequate.

Failure to comply with these terms and conditions of entry may result in refusal of entry or your removal from the facility.
