eWaste - obsolete and unloved computers and peripherals

Charges apply for waste including tyres, gas bottles, fridges and air cons, electronic and green waste, motor oil, mattresses and building materials.

These charges are applicable from 28 October 2025.

Recycling electronic waste charges

Electronic waste (e-waste) is any item with a plug, battery or cord that is no longer working or wanted.

This includes mobile phones, digital cameras, tablets, household appliances, power tools and electronic toys, and their accessories.
