Supports established, not for profit organisations with a proven track record in the provision of quality programs and services in Darebin.

The Community Partnership Grant supports the following:

  • Programs and services that improve the wellbeing, inclusion and participation of Darebin's diverse communities.
  • Projects that are consistent with the aims of the Council Plan 2021—2025
  • Projects that address local priorities through new, innovative and creative approaches
  • Active participation of Darebin residents, especially those who have been identified as 'at risk' of exclusion. This can include, but is not limited to, people from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds, women and girls, young people, older adults, Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities, people with disability, people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, low income earners, recently arrived migrants, refugees and people seeking asylum, people who identify as LGBTIQ+

Successful applicants will receive approved funding each year for 2 ½ years.

Applications for the 2025—2028 Darebin Community Partnership Grants Program will open again in 2025.
