FAQs – Reformer Pilates

What is the minimum age for Reformer Pilates?

Participants must be 16 years or older.

Can I attend Reformer Pilates classes if I’m pregnant?

No. While Reformer Pilates can be a great form of exercise during pregnancy, our group classes at RLC aren’t specifically designed for pregnant participants. This is because modifications vary depending on the stage of pregnancy and how you're feeling on the day, and in a group setting, we’re unable to provide the level of individual tailoring needed to ensure your safety and comfort.

We recommend speaking with your healthcare provider and seeking out a pregnancy-
