The Hearing of Submissions Committee is a Delegated Committee of Council established for the sole purpose of exercising Council’s powers, functions and duties related to the hearing of submissions received in accordance with Section 223 of the Local Government Act 1989 or under any other Act.

Hearing of submissions meetings can be held in the Council Chamber, the Preston Town Hall or virtually. You can watch meetings live and view previous meetings.

Please note that attendance at these meetings will be in line with the current COVID-19 health restrictions.
