Answers to some of the frequently asked questions about the Council Meeting.

Why do we have to register to attend the Council Meeting on 25 March?

To ensure we can ensure those people who have registered can attend the meeting.

Is there a set time before each council meeting when we will know whether it is online or in person?

This will be announced when the meeting agenda is made public, six days prior to a Council Meeting.

A council meeting would likely be closed to the public only after the agenda is publicised if something indicated we might have safety issues. View the Council agenda here

The meeting will also be livestreamed on Council’s website.
